Are your products handmade?

Yes. All of the ready-to-wear jewelry pieces are handmade by the owner using either 999 fine silver or 925 sterling silver metals. Even some of the findings such as ear posts or clasps are handmade by the owner using 925 sterling silver. 

Do you have a return policy?

Yes. You have 30 days to return your item from the day you receive it.  Please be sure to inspect your item to make sure there are no discrepancies and the item needs to be returned in its original packaging.

Do you repair your jewelry if there is ever any damage?

Yes. However it is up to you to inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that i can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I will replace/repair jewelry findings (chains, jump ring’s, ear wires, etc) for free within the first 60 days after receiving your item(s). Repairs needed after 60 days of receiving your item(s) will incur a $12 fee.

Replace or repairs on pendants, gemstones, stone settings, etc is free within the first 30 days of receiving your item(s). Day 31 and beyond will incur a $50 fee for each repair/replacement.

What material do you use to make your jewelry?

To make some of the findings,  we use 925 sterling silver. We also use this metal to make bangles and stackable rings. To make the pendants and  earring dangles, we use metal clay which is many pure metals such as gold and silver combined with an organic binding agent mixed with water to make the clay malleable. 

How do I clean jewelry? 

 Line a small bowl with aluminum foil, pour some baking soda into the bowl, put your jewelry on top of the baking soda, then pour enough hot water to cover your jewelry piece(s), and let sit for a couple of minutes. Use a soft toothbrush, rinse, and dry.

Do you have offers often?

How often do you have a different theme for Design Your Own Kewelry?

We offer a different theme every month. 

Do you take suggestions for themes?

Yes. Only our SEH VIP community can put a request in for a theme. However, we can deny a theme without notice or reason to the customer.
