1. Services Provided

SEH Cat Check-Ins provides in-home cat care visits including feeding, litter box maintenance, fresh water, companionship, light play, and general well-being checks as agreed upon prior to service.

2. Health & Emergency Coverage

In the rare event that I become ill or experience an emergency that prevents me from providing scheduled care, I will notify you as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to assist in arranging alternative care. Clients are encouraged to maintain a secondary caregiver as a backup.

3. Flea & Parasite Disclosure

Client agrees to disclose any known flea or parasite concerns prior to services. If an active infestation is discovered and was not previously disclosed, services may be paused until the issue has been professionally treated. Additional sanitation fees may apply if special precautions are required.

4. Medication Policy

Oral medication may be administered if the cat is cooperative and safe to handle. Forced medication or injectable medications are not provided at this time.

5. Capacity & Scheduling

SEH Cat Check-Ins maintains limited client capacity to ensure attentive care. Availability is not guaranteed during high-demand periods and may be limited at the discretion of the provider.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to the first scheduled visit unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods: ___________________.

7. Access to Home

Client agrees to provide safe access to the home and secure pets appropriately. SEH Cat Check-Ins is not responsible for issues resulting from faulty locks, security systems, or undisclosed home hazards.

8. Liability

SEH Cat Check-Ins will provide care to the best of my ability and with compassion. Client acknowledges that animals can be unpredictable and agrees to hold SEH Cat Check-Ins harmless for injuries or incidents not caused by negligence.
